Paradigm Labs’ Acoustic Freezing Technology (AFT)
REVOLUTIONIZES FREEZING
by combining two technologies:
Anti-Icing Electromagnetic Field
In traditional freezing, the ice crystals inside the product grow in the direction from one magnetic pole of the Earth to the other.

It creates compensating magnetic fields to eliminate the constant direction of the magnetic field vector in the product. This prevents the growth of needle-shaped ice crystals.
Acoustic Waves
During freezing, 50% of crystals have the size exceeding
150-170 microns, which is larger than the size of a cell.

AFT creates ice crystals of significantly smaller size.
A comparative analysis of crystal sizes was conducted
at the National University of Ireland.

The AFT technology is capable of preserving beef for up to 2 years without loss of taste, color, or smell, provided appropriate storage conditions are maintained.

AFT software has proprietary “massage” program (without freezing) to make meat more tender.

Standard freezing damages the muscle structure.
